My company just emailed our new policy on workplace harassment. As I read through the definitions of what is considered harassment, the thing that kept popping into my head was, "Did it".
There's a guy in my office who is very flirty, and he gives hugs and kisses all the time. I tell him it's OK because it's WELCOME touch, which is a dividing line between flirting and harassment.
