While eating venison summer sausage:
"Did anyone eat a piece of this sausage? One of my kids must have left it out because it's gone bad."
Care to guess who was in the midst of their second bite when this jewel floated out of the kitchen?
Fortunately, I had taken two small bites and only swallowed the first. I am happy to report no ill effects. However, I think it'll be a while before I attempt to eat summer sausage again.
